Why you shouldn’t sink your fingers deep into the strings:

1️⃣ The resistance of the string to your finger will increase, making it harder for you to play.

2️⃣ It will decrease your playing speed because of the strong resistance of the string.

3️⃣ There is an increased risk of playing dirty. You will pick up neighboring strings and they will buzz or crackle.

💡Tip: Keep your fingers light and agile especially when playing fast.
